Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words -

Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and

Ki which is "life force energy" therefore

Reiki translates to "spiritually guided life force energy."

Ayurvedic Inspired Massage

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian philosophy, dating over 5000 years old, the term Ayurveda is composed of two words in sanskrit, āyur "life" or "longevity", and veda "knowledge", which translates as "knowledge of longevity or "knowledge of life and longevity" encompassing all aspects of well being through our diet, exercise, our daily cycles, such waking and sleeping routine and of course through physical touch.

Ayurvedic massage uses warm, customized herbal oils and long, flowing strokes with downward pressure to help balance the body's doshas (energy types), detoxify, relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation, focusing on specific energy points (Marma points) and incorporating techniques like Indian Head Massage (Shiro Abhyanga) for holistic mind-body wellness.
